Making a Purchase
We run a live stock system, so items available for despatch are identified as such on the product information pages. If you are a new customer, you can place items in your basket, and can then decide whether to create an account for your convenience in the future, or simply pay using Paypal without creating an account.

When you have finished shopping, you can review your basket and if necessary modify the quantities. Please take care to ensure you have added any extra components such as tubes and any spares you wish to order, so that the shipping calculator can work out the optimum shipping for all your items shipped together.
 

Shipping
The postage cost is calculated automatically based on the size, weight and value of the item(s) in your shopping basket. We try to offer a fast yet cost-effective delivery service. All items will be sent using one of the following services from Royal Mail:

You will be presented with the calculated costs for two shipping options:

Standard Shipping:
• UK: 1st Class Letter / large Letter / Packet
• International: Small Packet

Insured Shipping:
• UK: 1st Class Recorded or Special Delivery
• International: International Signed-For Service

Standard shipping is uninsured and not tracked. Items are sent at buyer's risk. However, this is generally a very reliable service with very few parcels being lost (less that 1 in 1000)
Insured shipping requires a signature on arrival. You will be sent a tracking number that may be used on your national mail service website, however the level of detail varies from country to country. Please understand that it is not the full detailed tracking one would expect of DHL, FEDEX or similar.

Despatch Time
We try to despatch your order as soon as possible. Items ordered before 2pm UK time will normally be sent the same day. Items ordered after 2pm will be sent the following working day. In all cases, items will be sent within 2 working days. If, due to exceptional circumstances we are unable to meet this schedule, then we will email you to let you know the reason for the delay.

Import Duties, Taxes etc.
Your items are sent from the UK, in the European Union. Items shipped to the UK and other EU member states do not require a customs declaration and can be assured to be delivered with no tax or duties payable, as there is free circulaton of goods within the EU.
For items sent outside the EU, a CN22 customs declaration will be affixed to the parcel. In our experience, it is very rare for any duties to be payable, however it is not possible to guarantee this.

If you purchase an item in error, or after receiving it you change your mind, just let us know and post it back in unused condition within 7 days of receiving. We will acknowledge the return with a Returns Number which should accompany the return. Please send back using a signed-for service at your cost. We will refund your purchase cost within 30 days.
