These terms and conditions ("the Terms") govern the users ("you" or "your") use of the website ("the Website"). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access nor use the Website.

By using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We reserve the right to: Update these Terms from time to time and any changes will be notified to you via a suitable announcement on the Website. It is your responsibility to check for such changes. The changes will apply to the use of the Website after we have given such announcement. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms you should not continue to use the Website. If you continue to use the Website after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Website indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms; and

Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website and the material contained within (or any part) without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website or its contents.

While we try to ensure that all details (including prices) displayed on this web site are correct and up to date, we cannot guarantee that they are. We do, however, update this web site as frequently as possible. You must ensure that, prior to placing an order, you have checked all relevant details about the products and/or services you have selected, as those may have changed since you last visited this web site.

Our website is for retail customers. If you require a tax invoice please contact us to make arrangements to pay by Bank Transfer. We cannot provide a tax invoice for website orders.

All products and/or services displayed on this web site are subject to availability. We will advise you if a product or service is unavailable. All prices are subject to change at any time up to the time the order is shipped. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with the option of either cancelling the order or to continue with the order at the corrected price.

The information displayed on this web site, including prices, does not constitute an offer to contract or enter into an agreement.

When you send an order by means of the On-line store for products and/or services your order shall constitute an offer for the products and/or services selected. We shall not be obliged to accept your order. If we do, your order may be accepted by us by means of an e-mail confirming the order sent to the e-mail address supplied with the order.

We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, prior to the order being shipped. A contract or agreement for the products and/or services selected shall only be formed once our confirmation message is correctly sent to the address of your electronic mailbox on your Internet access provider's server. It is your responsibility to verify that your mailbox is in proper working order and you must assume the risk of all consequences for transmission or operational failures.

We accept payment by way of wire transfer, direct deposit and paypal.

All products are usually delivered via Royal mail. 

In the event that The Royal Mail or another courier return goods to us as undeliverable for any reason, additional delivery charges may apply to cover the cost of re-delivery. If orders are subsequently cancelled, any refund will have all delivery charges deducted from any refund amount given.

Customer is solely responsible for custom tax and other charges applicable to each shipment.

Return / Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that goods need to be returned to us, it is imperative that a Returns Number is obtained first to enable us to process your return as quickly and efficiently as possible.  Items supplied to consumers within the EU are subject to the Distance Selling Regulations as follows:

The return policy is only effective for 14 days starting from the day the customer receives the product.

The conditions of our return policy:

  1. The products is still factory sealed and unused. This includes all accessories that were delivered.
  2. All  return shipping and insurance charges are borne by customer.
  3.  All other fees associated with the sale of the product will not be refunded.
  4. The return of the product(s) must be shipped by a signed-for service.
  5. The return of the product(s) must be approved by us before sending back.
  6. Bespoke or custom pre-assembled items may not be returned.

Failure to meet the above return policy, we will consider the product as sold. Losses arise from the agreed return terms will be fully borne by customer. Any additional charges arise must be fully paid to us before refunding is made.

Customers can cancel their orders for most items within 14 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be unopened and customers must take reasonable care of the goods while in their possession and both goods and packaging must be returned in resaleable condition. Shipping Fee to return the item to us are to be borne by the customer. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of returned goods subject to the condition of the item being received in good and resaleable condition. Please note that orders will only be considered cancelled once you have received confirmation from us, by email, that this has been done.

Bespoke or custom pre-assembled items may not be returned or cancelled.

All products purchased from this web site are covered by a limited warranty, in relation to defective materials or workmanship from the date that they are purchased from us. We will repair or replace any defective item within 12 months of purchase. Tubes are warranted for 3 months from date of purchase.
We will not be responsible for consequential damage caused by removing defective items from PCBs. If in doubt, please contact us prior to removing components from a PCB.

If you have a complaint about our service, please let us know in writing. All complaints will be acknowledged within five working days. We will seek to resolve all complaints within 14 days and will keep you advised as to what is happening throughout the resolution process.
