I have purchased several of these kits both for myself and for others, as gifts! Pay attention to the instructions and read prior to starting! The build takes me a whole afternoon to complete and is SO CATHARTIC I almost wish I could build them weekly. It is so relaxing for me and I enjoy soldering the kit together. So Pete, if you need someone to build a few for you... I'm your man!
When giving as a gift... Makes sure you give them either the PDF file for the build or at least the instructions for setup. You will blow their mind when they see what you have built for them!
