IN-14 Nixie Bundle (Plexi Case) with GPS or WiFi Time Sync.

I built this kit, and also bought the Nixie tube, case and GPS receiver from PV Electronics. This is a nice kit to build, with excellent instructions and high quality parts. The clock in its case looks great, and the combination of automatic Nixie display manipulation (which you can customize) and multicolor LEDs lighting up the tubes from underneath, makes for a stunningly beautiful display. The clock is easy to use and works great. With the GPS receiver option, it keeps perfect time and never needs to be set (but you probably need to be fairly close to a window to get good GPS reception...the long cord for the GPS receiver allows the clock to be some distance from the window).
