Shipping to the EU and Europe (Except Belarus and Russia)
We have a new shipping service ' Easy EU' - Available for most countries in the EU. (Please ask if your country is not available at checkout)
The Easy EU Service is delivered to you by DHL, with no import taxes or fees, as these are absorbed into the shipping price, and we collect the VAT in advance. Your order will be customs cleared in the Netherlands by our agent, and sent onwards by DHL to you with NO FEES TO PAY. We ship by this method only once per week, to make the logistics viable - a single weekly drop of parcels into our agent in the Netherlands.
For smaller orders, less than £50, it may be less cost to send to the EU and Europe by Royal Mail. We try to mark your parcel in a way that does not attract the attention of customs! We are finding that some small parcels arrive with no taxes to pay, however you should expect to pay some import fee of 2-6 Euros, and some VAT. PLEASE NOTE: Belgium has the highest import fee, of EUR15,00 plus VAT. Most other countries have a fee of 2-6 Euros. For Belgium, it is probably always less cost to use the EASY EU Service.

The postage cost is calculated automatically based on the size, weight and value of the item(s) in your shopping basket. We try to offer a fast yet cost-effective delivery service. All items will be sent using one of the following services from Royal Mail:
You will be presented with the calculated costs for two shipping options:
Standard Shipping:
• UK: 1st Class Letter / large Letter / Packet at our discretion.
• International: Small Packet with no tracking
Priority Shipping:
• UK: Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Special Delivery at our discretion.
• International: Royal Mail International Tracked.
Standard shipping is not tracked. However, this is generally a very reliable service with very few parcels being lost (less that 1 in 1000)
Priority shipping: You will be sent a tracking number that may be used on your national mail service website, however the level of detail varies from country to country. Please understand that it is not the full detailed tracking one would expect of DHL, FEDEX or similar.
PLEASE DON'T SELECT THE UNTRACKED SERVICE, AND THEN ASK FOR A TRACKING NUMBER IF IT DOES NOT ARRIVE WHEN YOU THINK IT SHOULD - DELIVERY TIMES VARY, EVEN WHEN ONE WOULD THINK IT WOULD BE A FAST SERVICE. EXAMPLE: UK TO NETHERLANDS CAN TAKE 3 DAYS OR 5 WEEKS, AND IT IS TOTALLY RANDOM! PLEASE BE PATIENT. 'LOST' PARCELS ALMOST ALWAYS DO ARRIVE. WE ONLY HAVE 0-2 TRULY LOST PARCELS PER YEAR.
Despatch Time
We try to despatch your order as soon as possible. Items ordered before 2pm UK time will normally be sent the same day. Items ordered after 2pm will be sent the following working day. In all cases, items will be sent within 2 working days. If, due to exceptional circumstances we are unable to meet this schedule, then we will email you to let you know the reason for the delay.
Import Duties, Taxes etc.
Your items are sent from the UK.
For items sent outside the UK, a CN22 customs declaration will be affixed to the parcel.

If you purchase an item in error, or after receiving it you change your mind, just let us know within 14 days of receipt and post it back in unused condition within 30 days of receiving. We will acknowledge the return with a Returns Number which should accompany the return. Please send back at your cost and risk.
