Shipping to the EU.
Following Brexit, we are still sending to the EU as usual. We try to mark your parcel in a way that does not attract the attention of customs! EU (and UK!) Post offices do not have the capacity to handle collecting tax on larger numbers on incoming items. After 5 months of shipping to the EU after Brexit, we are finding that almost all parcels arrive with no tax to pay. 

Also please note, that from 1 July, ebay and many other marketplaces will AUTOMATICALLY add taxes to your order, you have no control! If you order direct from us, we give you the best possible chance that you won't be charged tax for your order!

We Ship to the Following Countries:

Europe: All countries of the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Russian Federation, Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus.

Americas: USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina.

Asia: Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Turkey.

Australasia: Australia, New Zealand.

Africa: South Africa.

The postage cost is calculated automatically based on the size, weight and value of the item(s) in your shopping basket. We try to offer a fast yet cost-effective delivery service. All items will be sent using one of the following services from Royal Mail:

You will be presented with the calculated costs for two shipping options:

Standard Shipping:
• UK: 1st Class Letter / large Letter / Packet or Hermes Parcel Service at our discretion.
• International: Small Packet

Priority Shipping:
• UK: 1st Class Recorded or Special Delivery at our discretion.
• International: International Signed-For Service


Standard shipping is uninsured and not tracked. Items are sent at buyer's risk. However, this is generally a very reliable service with very few parcels being lost (less that 1 in 1000)
Insured shipping requires a signature on arrival. You will be sent a tracking number that may be used on your national mail service website, however the level of detail varies from country to country. Please understand that it is not the full detailed tracking one would expect of DHL, FEDEX or similar.

Despatch Time
We try to despatch your order as soon as possible. Items ordered before 2pm UK time will normally be sent the same day. Items ordered after 2pm will be sent the following working day. In all cases, items will be sent within 2 working days. If, due to exceptional circumstances we are unable to meet this schedule, then we will email you to let you know the reason for the delay.

Import Duties, Taxes etc.

Your items are sent from the UK. 

For items sent outside the UK, a CN22 customs declaration will be affixed to the parcel. In our experience, it is very rare for any duties to be payable, however it is not possible to guarantee this.

If you purchase an item in error, or after receiving it you change your mind, just let us know within 14 days of receipt and post it back in unused condition within 30 days of receiving. We will acknowledge the return with a Returns Number which should accompany the return. Please send back at your cost and risk.
